After having the headband on my Beats Solos break on me, I decided to sell the ones Monster replaced for me under warranty and pick up some Studios. There is a little more power on these Studios, and they are a bit clearer as the Solos sounded a bit muffled at times. They are also much more comfortable than the Solos since they are over the ear instead of on the ear headphones and they seem like they will be more durable. The noise cancelling isn’t as good as the newest Bose (QC15, I think), which I was able to demo at a local store and had good noise cancelling when music wasn’t playing. It’s somewhat negligible because once the music is playing on these Beats, you can’t hear any outside noise anyway. While the Bose headphones may be more acoustic sounding, I think the combination of BASS and treble on these may be better than the Bose.
